Girl's Day Out.

Hi love!

I had a good time last weekend with the girl’s day out. It was my first and nice experience.  My friend and I been planning this shopping at little rock mall. I was told them I want to go shopping at target, best buy, forever21, and sophora.  I only went to sophora store but I didn’t buy anything from there because I wanted to give myself a time to explore and testing the product before buying so I ended up buy nothing.  I was not sure what the best foundation and concealer for me and since, were kind of hurry for everything’s. Like we don’t have enough time to tasting product.

My friend they still want to go target or best buy in Conway but I told them that I feel already tired and thinking my daughter and my husband been missed call 6 times. It because we not used to get far apart since were married. Like I said here my first time going out somewhere without my husband and daughter with me. But the same day, we both road trip to little rock my husband, daughter went to little rock that weekend to dropped my mother-in-law at the airport then they went to art gallery, lunch and they also shopping at Asian store.

I think we spent in little rock shopping, lunch and visiting about whole day we left from home at 9 o’clock and back at almost 8 o’clock. My feet was tired but worth it. I thank to my friend who drive and inviting me to go with them.  You know, that day I treat my self to go star buck and had a delicious coffee for breakfast. During lunch we went this nice Japanese restaurant that I was impress their yummy fried rice but I got a raw fish sushi with rice and I thought it was cool but I will not get a raw sushi next time. It because I am scared since my friend told me about their story that they heard someone after eating raw fish sushi was got serious ill or sick in the stomach. When I got home I totally throw up not because im sick. I remember their story and that hard to take out in my head but it’s been a week so, I didn’t feel any and I start detox myself drinking a lot of tea and water with lemon, cucumber, mint and ginger roots.

The store that we went to shopped.  First we had drive thru window in the star buck coffee,  Ashley furniture, 3rd visiting to Fran daughter,  Japanese restaurant for lunch, bath and beyond, Sam’s and Dillard Mall. In Dillard mall i had bought few items from wet-seal and finally i went to that store. If I ever come again to little rock I want to go back to the bath and beyond because they had a huge one.

Balikbayan Box

Another balikbayan Box to sent Philippines. Our very first ever-sending four boxes this year. Hoping they all make it arrive before we get there sometimes on summer. I don’t remember exactly what I put in their but some food, clothes, medicine and pasalobong (a something gift for families, too).

It’s going to be five years I haven’t seen family or visiting Philippines. Were hoping my daughter, my husband and I get easily adjust once were there. I remember five years ago we stayed about two months I still had that jetlag all through that vacation.

I sent few gift to the family that I know but by now I think my family are getting bigger. Those aunt, uncle, 1^st cousin to 3^rd cousin and relatives are expected the pasalobong from other country but the truth its really impossible for me to afford giving each one of them. I know, in mentally judge some of them are going to jealous and mad at me for reason even you already give things, some of them think is not enough. So, its scary to go back and meeting them. But, some of my friends advise to me. Not to stress just focus to the immediate family and those relatives who cares a lot when you are need them because their reason, no matter how hard you try they still talking a bad things about you, me or any body experience the situation if you are from abroad what you do in this experience? Just wondering if anyone there please comment and advice what to do? In my situation, I still have both parents; one brother and only two additions in my family are nephew and niece that I didn’t meet in person yet. I feel excited but worried.

Ice/Snow

I think 15 days till spring. I am ready for spring is one of my favorite when flowers bloom, grass get green, trees back to alive and everyone start gardening. But, the other day this march we got another ice/snow it was fun to look especially we know that we don’t have to go anywhere. First I though I have to go outside and play because maybe, this is the last one of this year.

My daughter wasn’t fun a snow anymore. She was not the same when she was little. She was used to like to go outside and build a snow man but now, my nine years old still excited because she know she stayed home when is weather like this. I more noticed she come outside for taking photo only so, we can have a photo of send my family in Philippines.

Birthday Party

We baked cup cake for my daughter and she help to decorate them especially this is her favorite one that she made for herself. 

My mother-in-law made a cake for my husband as he always like the rum cake.

Hi Lovely!

Weeks ago, my daughter and husband had to celebrate a birthdays party together. They are just about the same date. My husband born February 22^nd in Guam and my daughter born   in February 23rd in Philippines.  So, each year we love to through a birthday party together for them. But this year, we decide a very simple celebration with only immediate family. Because this year, we had to many planned ahead and plus were needed to save money for couple trips.

I guess, I already been mention here that my daughter had a best friend name Emma. Emma and My Daughter Ellen are both the same Birth date and Year. Were attending Emma birthday party in skating and Ellen Stayed. While husband and I went to Wal-Mart and Shop grocery that we needed to put in the box for Philippines.  Ellen met Friend and played more to her best friend and she also had chance to met her best friend family from California.

Like I said, we don’t have a big birthday celebration for her this year. We give money to her instead toys. Since, she had to many toys and they easily out of grown. My family tries to give her money for these coming trips to Disney world on spring break. So, she can shop what she wants. They are going to Lego land or American doll store. Were very thankful to my family who always there in her birthday my stepdaughter Amy and her husband Tim, my mother-in-law. Were blessed to have a supportive family and friend. This year, Susan gives Ellen a plain ticket and everything’s to see Disney world in Florida this coming spring break that is very generous from Susan to my daughter. Its surely she won’t forget this chance to see Disney world.

We went lunch to cracker barrel for their birthday. My mother-in-law treats them for lunch. 

During their birthday we did not went to school and work because it was a snowy day. All school was closed. About Monday and Tuesday we stayed more at home. My daughter was said, it is the best birthday gift ever. She was about off school since Friday to Tuesday that kind nah long mini vacation. We don’t have chance to play snow because we got cold and we both don’t feel like to go outside.

Valentines Day 2015

Hi Love!

I hope everyone had a good time to celebrate Valentines Day with love ones. These valentines it feels like just everyday for me. As long my entire family are healthy and happy. I thank God so much for every blessing he give to us. I don’t expecting receiving things from somebody or got jealous because why they receive flowers and why I don’t have…

During in Valentines Day. I went to Marva the consignment store in Russellville. I was wanted looking crutches for my husband because his feet had been hurt to step in the ground. He really needs one to help his foot. So, I didn’t find crutches in consignment but I bought single bed sheets and three pillows cases.

I also went to walmart  after, I did not find crutches in the consignment. I cannot believe myself I stayed more than two hours over there. I found crutches and that’s first I was looking and of course, medicine and beauty and some grocery. I spend $134.40

Last Wednesday I did made it to attain my lunch birthday of my daughter at her school. I brought her a McDonald hamburger, French fries and sprit soft drink. I made her happy. In couple days she is going to be turn to 9 years old. During birthday lunch at school one girl handed a chocolate box to my daughter and the girl says, that is from Christian a one of my daughter admirer.  And the following day, my daughter receives a bunch of candies from valentine’s party and the same boy name Christian gives another  candy and another boy gives a books.

Our next-door neighbor Judy and her two boys give my daughter a candies and pink tulips flowers. My daughter has been receiving a sweet and sugar. Isn’t including the gift from family. I only give a gum and chocolate to them. I save some for her birthday next weekend. Next weekend my daughter and my husband are birthday. We spend quality time to each other in Valentines Day and that’s the most important.

Ultimate rocking 2015 Pageant

Hi Love!

I apologies guys to taking me so long to post some photo of my daughter from pageant’s during pageant day I was sick with cold and to many thing to do around the house and work. So, now I trying my best to post this about or else, I will forget.

When the pageant I was haven’t taking photo because I wasn’t feeling good. My husband did take some photo. I know they are not the best but, I am thankful to him very much because his there all the time to support our daughter. He does capture few videos and photo so; here some photo from the pageant.

The ultimate rocking pageant was January 24, 2015. It was very nice experience for both of us. She got pillow glow pet, pageant crown, queen and prettiest eyes from awarding she didn’t win but we didn’t expected of anything. Except just learn from it. I was so proud of my daughter, she wasn’t prepared or even practice walking and talent but she did pretty well as a first timer in the pageant. Actually, this is my daughter first a last pageant because my husband and I had already agreement. We agreed to let my daughter sign in to this compete one pageant. “ Only once” no more compete after this first happening.

My daughter wasn’t prepared anything of all this pageant and she didn’t even once rehearsal of walking. She did not even know that it was compete too. All her know is fun around with other kids and dancing like a normal. One reason why to join this in pageant I want her to remember that she can do it too.

The purple dress I bought it online Amazon, the rest clothes and accessories and shoes from Payless, Avon and CJ’s consignment. I realize joining pageant is expensive but so glad to have opportunities from all of this. The most important we are both happy this experience.
