Secret Paradise in Camiguin Island, Philippines 2015

                 My Friend Filipino Make Up Artist! Who recommend this secret paradise that they called. The day after my birthday! I asked my brother if he knows how to go up to hill and which road to get this area. He said, he went one time with his friend and he does know how to get there of course. I know, my brother don’t let me go by myself since, I don’t familiar the place so, he decide to went with me and cousin as my good tour guide. Unbelievable the two of them decided to do more adventure and challenge to short cut road which is you have to sweat up and down from mountain, climbing, crawling, and even go stepping rocks to transfers to another side of water falls. But all was worth it.

    In fact the secret paradise isn’t quite yet develop, only few people discover. We left my brother motor bike at the road while were hiking and do a fun adventure. You really need a motorbike to go up to the hill, road is pretty winding. The secret paradise located in catarman, camiguin area above in Tuasan Fall. I will visit there near in the future. The place looked so lovely. You will in love the surrounding so amazing.

My Birthday's 'n Philippines 2015

                          This year, a month of august 3rd 2015 is the most unforgettable moment of my life. I was celebrating my birthday in my birthplace in Camiguin Island. It was big opportunity to me to reunite my family after five years long gone. I can thank enough to God how happy I was with family and also, Thanks to my husband Ty has been supportive person to us. It was a very special in my big day. I was there because of my husband helped and all his processing of our travel to our vacation in Philippines.

                     All my life I don’t even remember getting prepared extravagance party such a roasted pig, cakes and gifts. Might be other people this is like nothing but, I do appreciate everything what I got, I don't have that all when way back to my childhood.  I missed a lot of things. Even toys I don't even have. But, I don't blame my parents they do try hard to make us happy. I love the simple life anyway and as long we can eat three times in a day and healthy. I don't ask for more. 

            So, the fact! This is my first roasted pig in my life ever and no kidding this almost 30 kilos or 66 in pounds are gone fast. During my birthday my mother and brother tried to surprised me and I was shock for everything especially to their effort, time, and how much they spent for this entire preparation. 

            My Brother been working the bakery all his life and one of his top recipes making cakes, breads, cup cakes and muffins. I have no doubt he has knowledge that i dont have i am proud of him. These cakes I requested to decorate in my own styles so, here’s the look and obvious, I need to go school for baking.

            But thanks to my brother to let me done decorate this cake.  I am proud what I done for myself. I love it, thought. It was really fun experience. 

            Another cake! decorate by me. this lovely and so simple heart shapes. I’m not professional in fact my first putting decoration of cakes because my brother let me do it and why not? it's was my big day. 

            I wish for the best of everything’s and good life with family. I thank to God for every blessing that he gives to me. My brother and Mother who tried to surprise me. The food they prepared in my birthday was so delicious. 

            Everyone loves siopao that my brother made. Were requests more vegetable filling inside of the buns and less pork or meat. He ended up making some more for the birthday party, since were had a huge family to come over for dinner.

            My two aunt Lily and yaya Marina, My youngest Brother, My Daughter, My niece and nephew, My Mother and I went to church to thank God for another years for me and Blessing. And, were also did went to cemetery (gives Candle Light, fresh flowers for my grandparent who been gone.

Garages Sales

Hey Lovelies! I am going today to discuss about my experience and my very first garage sales that I had in my life. It will be the first and last yard sales or garage sales because it was a lot of work. A couple weeks ago were finally done solve few stuff then the stuff that we still had left we didn’t keep them they are goes to marva consignment we wanted them to go away so we have a clean garage and looks my husband organize his tools. Well, my family are already told me that it’s better to give it directly to any consignment but, I asked big favor to them I wanted to have experience and at least earn a little money from it. I thank to my husband, my mother-in-law, and my 9 years old daughter who helped me from the beginning to the end. After those working hard I realize it wasn’t easy. I would not do it anymore again. We put our stuff out from 4 o’clock in the morning and finish around 1 o’clock in the afternoon. It was a very long hot day and humid. Were all say, that’s it (no garage sale anymore). Now, I learned big time from it. I really do agreed to my family and from now on I listen to them.

My friend at work she dropped few things for garage sales and we sold some of her stuff $110 and ours about $ 160. Most of toys my husband give it free to the kids and we don’t sell higher price from it. I felt so guilty to my family then we decide to spent it to the sumo Japanese restaurant for 7 years wedding anniversary and 23 years old Amy birthday. My mother-in-law was offered us she pays our dinner out but, she working hard from garage sales, too. So, why not using it. Everyone deserve after working hard but we had a clean garage and I park in to garage during winter season. 

Happy 4th of July America

          I cooked bacon for 4^th of July breakfast by request of my mother-in-law.  Of course, everyone loves bacon. So I went a head to cook their special food.

          Sweet strawberry I kind of like to dash a little bit of salt to make a taste in between salt and sweet. But, that’s the way we like.

          My mother-in-law bought watermelon at Kroger and My Husband picked another big watermelon the other day at Wal-Mart. So, we got two watermelons, which is good. I can tell, must be family favorite fruits

          I love homemade Potato Salad my mother-in-law does good cooking. I learned few things of her styles and I hope, I get the recipes from this cause it is very delicious.

          A corn so yummy with butter and dash of salt that’s very simple just heat them up 6 minutes in microwaves and then ready to eat.

          This is so delicious were patiently waited for this in couple hours until cooked. It worth to wait because so yummy and tasty my husband did a good job to put seasoning are perfect.

          Here’s my plate full of food plus desert. I don’t often eat suffer but last night I eat too much and I enjoying every bit of it. Lemon pie is super sweet

Hi Love!

I hope everyone had a good weekend and happy 4rt of July America. I already know we don’t have work Friday for early holiday but last Thursday, my co-worker and I so surprise that my boss told us. They called me around 8:40 in the morning. She told me, we work until only 9 o’clock because the president sent us to home early so that we can prepare for holiday and spend with family. Everyone so thankful to the president at school it was mean a lot to us.

When I got home from work last Thursday. My mother-in-law and My Daughter eating breakfast. Then I finally helped my mother-in-law to trim the roses and the tree of our front yard and the back yard. In 11:00 o’clock my husband and I went to his appointment for machine then Wal-Mart spent a lot of time walking around and shop. We also met my one of my co-worker Brenda and her husband Mark. She called me and make a joke (Brenda said, I know where you are?) at first, I thought she’s inside the building and I keep turning my head, trying to figure it out if where she is then, she finally told me (I saw your car with mini mouse Disney antenna decoration of your car) so, she means they still in the Wal-Mart parking lot.  All the way our check out husband and I met them in the self-check out area. 

In Fourth of July only 4 of us (my husband, my mother-in-law, my daughter and include me in dinner. My stepdaughter and her husband visited for a while they don’t stay for dinner because they’re going to a friend house for party.

After dinner, last night were listening and watching fireworks outside. We observe, poor birds the noise of firecrackers are bothering to them. We can tell, they fly everywhere in the street. My husband has few noise crackers that we freak out watching him because I don’t want him to get hurt (it’s old basic firecracker that he wanted to get it over) I slept last night around 12:00 after clearing outside.
